The Parade Condo development features 4 condo towers: 15 Iceboat Terrace, 21 Iceboat Terrace, 15 Iceboat Terrace and 151 Dan Leckie Way in the Concord CityPlace condo neighbourhood. If you’ve ever been to the CityPlace neighbourhood you have surely noticed the two adjoining condos as they are connected by a skybridge on the 28th and 29th floors.
I have so many people ask me what is in the Skybridge. The Skybridge is made up of 2 floors: the upper floor being two residential suites which can be access from the east tower (Lucky Ducks!). The lower level of the bridge is where the party is at with an amenity space made up of pool tables and lots of seating. It even has 5 glass floor panels so no need to visit the CNTower for that adrenaline rush.
Directly across the street on the south side of Fort York Blvd, lies Canoe Landing Park. Canoe Landing Park is an 8 acre park which opened in 2009.
The units at the Parade Condos feature laminate flooring, panoramic windows, stone countertops, ceramic cooktops just to name a few.
In terms of staying entertained, Parade condos offers 3 levels of fun with access to the “Club Parade” : internet lounge, billiards table, table tennis, games room, theatre room, kids zone, conference room, outdoor lounge, pet spa and day care and even an outdoor pet area. Of course there is a gym as well which offers a hot yoga room, 25m lap pool, hot tub, poolside lounge, steam rooms and an aerobics studio. Let’s also not forget the squash court and a spa including a massage, manicure and pedicure room.
